Investment Objective / Strategy
The Fund's investment objective is to provide high current income to the extent consistent with preservation of capital. The Fund invests in securities issued by the U.S. Government or its agencies and instrumentalities and repurchase agreements with respect to such securities. Securities issued by U.S. Government instrumentalities are supported only by the credit of the federal instrumentality.

Investors looking for stability of principal, liquidity and competitive yield through a professionally managed portfolio of money market securities.

Fund Manager
Stephen Wesselkamper is a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director with Victory Capital Management. He has been with the firm or an affiliate since 1983. Mr. Wesselkamper holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.

Cynthia A. Honcharenko is a Portfolio Manager, Director with Victory Capital Management. She joined Victory in 1998. Ms. Honcharenko holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Cleveland State University and a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College.
