The investment objective of the Fund is to provide current income exempt from federal regular income tax and the personal income taxes imposed by the State of Ohio and Ohio municipalities, consistent with stability of principal.

The geographical concentration of portfolio holdings in this Fund may involve increased risk.

Investors looking for tax-exempt income, stability of principal, liquidity and competitive yield through a professionally managed portfolio of money market securities.

Up to 20% of the income of the Fund may be subject to federal, state and local taxes.

Depending on your tax status, the Fund's total income may be subject to the federal alternative minimum tax.

Fund Managers
Sean M. Roche is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Director for Victory Capital Management Inc. He has been with the firm, and/or an affiliate, since 2002. Mr. Roche earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.

Lynne M. Lawrence is a Portfolio Manager and Director with Victory Capital Management. She joined Victory and/or an affiliate in 1997. Ms. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin-Wallace College and a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
