Money Market Funds

The Victory Funds® offer money market alternatives which provide investors with the flexibility to meet their short-term investment objectives. Both taxable and tax exempt money market funds are available.

The Victory Money Market Funds include:

Prime Obligations Fund - taxable
Financial Reserves Fund - taxable
Institutional Money Market Fund - taxable
Federal Money Market Fund - taxable
Government Reserves Fund* - taxable
Tax-Free Money Market Fund - tax exempt
Ohio Municipal Money Market Fund - tax exempt

The Victory Shares of the New York Daily Tax-Free Income Fund were merged to the Class A Shares of the same Fund on Friday, 3/28/08. * Effective March 1, 2007, the Victory Gradison Government Reserves Fund was renamed the Victory Government Reserves Fund.
