Employee Benefit Collective Funds (EB Funds) are designed for investment by employee benefit trusts and plans, and, subject to prior approval, for financial institutions and registered investment advisors acting as trustee, investment manager, custodian, or agent for one or more employee benefit trusts and plans.

The EB LargeCap Value fund was recently established. The fund is managed in Victory's DeepValue style, the same as the Victory Value mutual fund, and is benchmarked tothe Russell 1000® Value. Victory's existing EB Large Cap Value fund has beenrenamed EB Value Equity. The fund is managed in Victory's Intrinsic Value styleand is benchmarked to the S&P 500.
